Lady Gaga At Citi Field

The paparazzi were out at Citi Field to see Lady Gaga watching the Mets game this afternoon against the Padres. Judging from this picture of her, she wasn’t happy about the Mets losing to the Padres 4-2.

She caught the afternoon game of the doubleheader with Johan Santana pitching. The Mets are going for the win in the rubber game tonight. I can only imagine her reaction if they end up losing the home series to the Padres. She might flip a double bird.

Although I don’t have a degree in journalism, I love writing about the New York Mets. I’m the typical writer without access. My only accessibility to the Mets is sitting in the stands (often the upper tank) and watching on TV like most fans. I’m not a member of the media, just a fan expressing opinions.

  1. Her newest song, "Alejandro", mentions a few guys names. One of the names in the song is "Fernando". Could she be referring to one of the Fernando's on the Mets? Maybe even both? 😉

  2. Loved the front page picture on Thursday's N.Y. Post of this dubious talent in a beekeepers hat. I'm willing to bet that 40 years from now people won't be discussing the musical/societal impact of Lady Gaga like the Beatles are discussed today.
